We are seeking a leader who can guide, train, and supervise our warehouse team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of inbound and outbound logistics flows, meeting operational requirements and customer needs.
Overseeing the coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, ensuring they are sorted, labeled, and store

Optimizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and strategically manage stock layout.
Supervising daily inspections of warehouse equipment and tracking maintenance reports.

Managing the preventive maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
Overseeing the inventory counting process, ensuring rigorous and reliable inventory management.

Skills required:

Sage 300 proficiency and experience with warehouse and inventory management systems.
Over 10 years' experience in warehouse management in the agri-food manufacturing sector.
Bilingual, French essential: (spoken and written French and English), as the job holder will be required to interact daily with international colleagues, customers and partners who do not speak French;

Desired qualities :
