As a member of our team, you’ll work with a variety of clients—from police departments and emergency services to private companies—delivering high-quality projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and accurately install specialized equipment (12V systems, sirens, lightbars, emergency lighting, radios, interior outfitting, various accessories).
  • Participate in pre-production meetings to thoroughly understand installation plans, wiring configurations, flash patterns, and programming requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets First Line Solutions' standards.
  • Work closely with the team and team leader to ensure deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
  • Identify and promptly report potential solutions or observed issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Share your knowledge with team members and commit to continuous training to stay up to date on best practices and industry innovations.
  • Accurately and promptly complete all required documentation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Practical experience with 12V automotive electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with emergency lighting installations (an asset).
  • Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeter, circuit tester, etc.).
  • Wiring skills: stripping, crimping, soldering, heat shrinking, and looming.
  • Ability to disassemble and reassemble vehicle interiors without causing damage.
  • Experience in fabricating or modifying brackets or accessories (an asset).
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a demanding technical environment.
