Job Offer: Marketing and Sales Representative

Position: Commission-based Only
Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (uncapped earning potential)

We are a rapidly growing residential renovation company in Montreal, and we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and continue delivering top-notch renovation services to homeowners in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our residential renovation services.
- Meet with potential clients, understand their renovation needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Complete the quoting process with clients, ensuring that all project details are accurately captured and communicated.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work independently to identify and generate new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance our company’s brand presence and online visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (experience in the residential renovation industry is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role, allowing for an uncapped earning potential.
- Average earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on performance.
- There is no minimum sales target to reach, so you control your earning potential.
