Foothills School Division is seeking a full-time Learning Commons Facilitator for Foothills Composite High School/Alberta School of Fine Arts. This role is 1.0 FTE working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday) following the school calendar. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting individual responsible for overseeing operation of the School Library. As a member of a school based-team, this role will act as a resource to teachers and students in obtaining information and materials. The ability to establish a good working relationship with parents and community is critical. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology, have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. Experience in an automated environment and in the library field is preferred.
