According to a schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week, or 5 mornings per week and under the supervision of the Regional Director, the person will see to accomplish the tasks related to:
• Compilation and monitoring of data related to daily operations;
• Participation in the billing process;
• Administrative support to management, operations and human resources;
• Office management, procurement of supplies and documentation;
• Any other related task.
The minimum skills and competencies required are;
- Training in accounting, office clerk or other equivalent training. (Any experience equivalent to the training will be considered).
- Knowledge of billing and payroll processes and software would be an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word);
- A good level of bilingualism (French / English).
