Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Holds, or is eligible to obtain, an Alberta Teaching Certificate.
Background in Music and/or Musical Arts Education.
Experience with Kindergarten - Grade 6 in Alberta Music Curriculum and Grade 5/6 Alberta Social Studies Curriculum.
Student centered approach to instruction and strong relationship building skills.
Ability to design, program, and implement instruction for neurodivergent students.
Dedication to First Nations, Metis and Inuit Education.
Effective organizational skills and classroom management.
Strong collaborative team player and a positive staff member.
