Family Physician – Agassiz Medical Clinic
The team at Agassiz Medical Clinic seeks a physician interested in a Full Time permanent position. For the last four years, this small practice has been well managed by the Agassiz community Health Care team. We have a great MOA and supporting interdisciplinary team.
We are open to discuss the position and contract details including:
- Clinic and hospital if desired
- Clinic working hours
- Mentorship and resources available as a member of the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice
A rural increase payment is available, in addition to Relocation Allowance to a candidate outside of BC who care for their patients at Chilliwack General Hospital.

Qualifications:
- CPSBC Full
- CMPA
- CPSBC Eligible for Full License
Compensation:
- May be eligible for up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Combination of Alternative Payment Plan & Fee For Service
- Service Contract under Fraser Health Authority
