Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Verify and process timesheets, ensuring timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.
- Address payroll inquiries and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor regulations, including CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario).
- Manage incident reporting and claims processing as per CNESST and WSIB requirements.
- Generate reports and perform payroll and benefits analyses using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- HRIS and Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
- Generate analytics and reports to support strategic HR decisions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management in Canada.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations, time-off policies, and benefits programs in Canada.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
