Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Management:
    • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now.
    • Verify and process timesheets, ensuring timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.
    • Address payroll inquiries and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.
  2. Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.
  3. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor regulations, including CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario).
    • Manage incident reporting and claims processing as per CNESST and WSIB requirements.
    • Generate reports and perform payroll and benefits analyses using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  4. HRIS and Data Management:
    • Update and maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
    • Generate analytics and reports to support strategic HR decisions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management in Canada.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of payroll regulations, time-off policies, and benefits programs in Canada.
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or equivalent is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
