At Germain & Frère, you will gain experience and exposure to industrial projects. We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Project Coordinator in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Key Responsabilities
  • Participate in the elaboration of the project schedule and communicate to customer 3- week look ahead schedule for field coordination purposes;
  • Attend site meetings;
  • Align resources required to execute the project;
  • Perform quality inspections of the work performed to ensure the workmanship meets the customers demands;
  • Interact with customer on schedule and project milestones;
  • Manage sub-contractors;
  • Act as a technical resource for the team;
  • Track daily progress and perform weekly status reports to head office;
  • Manage field change orders with customer;

Required Competencies
  • Mechanical, Civil or Industrial Engineering Degree;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to communicate clearly;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Rigorous approach to task execution;
