We’re searching for 2 Customer Solutions Advisors. Are you exploring new opportunities?
In this exciting hybrid opportunity located at our head office in Vaughan, Ontario, you will play a vital role in driving increased sales by promoting solutions tailored to customer needs, supporting margin growth, and sales opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and critical analysis skills to contribute effectively to long-term account growth.

What sets you apart:
•You bring a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support or sales operations
•You are a connector with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
•You are a skilled juggler! Proficient in managing time, multiple tasks, and priorities effectively.
•Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
•Post-secondary education in sales, marketing or customer service OR equivalent experience
Once you are in the role, you'll:
• Focus on creating customer loyalty with large enterprise clients and build and maintain close, long-term relationships with them
•Guarantee customer satisfaction by leveraging experience, critical thinking skills and available resources to resolve issues across Customer Care, Sales, Transportation, Operations, and Credit departments.
•Confidently engage in both warm and cold calls, demonstrating effective communication skills and a proactive approach to customer outreach
•Supports Senior Strategic Account Manager in contract management, catalog updates and customer maintenance, with a focus on completing non-strategic selling activities
•Use company systems such as MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), & MS Dynamics CRM
•Establish and maintain relationships with internal support team to meet customers’ ongoing & changing needs
