We are a small and dynamic team operating in the real estate management sector, actively seeking a versatile individual to handle the maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible, independent, efficient, motivated, and resourceful. This role requires someone capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the quality of work.

1- Interior Housekeeping:

  • Floor cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Stair railing maintenance
  • Laundry room upkeep

2- General Building Maintenance:

  • Perform minor repairs
  • Bulb replacement and facility maintenance as needed

3- Exterior Property Maintenance:

  • Leaf collection
  • Snow shoveling in winter
  • Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor spaces

4- Waste Management:

  • Responsible for setting up containers
  • Collecting and recycling waste according to the established schedule

5- Assistance with Other Tasks:

  • Assisting other employees in projects such as apartment painting, plastering, sanding, and more.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and a car are necessary (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
