Your responsibilities :

  • Prepare preliminary, conceptual and final bids.
  • Review and analyze specifications and tender documents.
  • Perform quantity surveys using Bluebeam and Excel.
  • Submit requests for information and prices to suppliers.
  • Use Opera and Excel to establish prices.
  • Draft list of inclusions, exclusions and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with sales team to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy of quotes.
  • Participate in project reviews to optimize bids and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers for modifications to projects obtained.

Requested skills

• DEC, BAC ou certificat en architecture, estimation ou génie de la construction.

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction.

• Excellente compréhension des plans architecturaux et des devis.

• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
