Our client, a well-known company in the manufacturing field, is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join its engineering team!
Full time. Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Support management in improving efficiency and process management;
- Implement loss reduction solutions;
- Introduce new internal processes;
- Improve the performance of existing products by proposing changes in manufacturing processes;
- Lead continuous improvement groups with stakeholders;
- Analyze factors limiting performance;
- Develop business relationships with suppliers in Canada and the United States in order to access the best technologies on the market;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering;
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience with Six Sigma ;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Office and MRP.
