Full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support paid advertising campaigns to promote Bitcoin-related products and services;
- Design ads tailored to specific platforms, taking into account the advertising restrictions related to cryptocurrencies on certain platforms;
- Identify and adjust campaign objectives based on key KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.);
- Do extensive research to identify the most relevant keywords related to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in order to optimize ads and increase their effectiveness;
- Evaluate competition to adjust targeting strategies and remain competitive in the paid ad space;
- Work with creative teams to design visuals, videos and copy ads tailored to the target market;
- Continually testing and adjusting creative elements to maximize user engagement and conversion;
- Install A/B tests to compare the effectiveness of different ad versions and optimize results;
- Evaluate ad performance and make adjustments in real time to improve conversion rates;
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide detailed reports on results;
- Identify user trends and behaviours in the Bitcoin space to adjust strategies accordingly;
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback to maximize campaign performance;
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the world of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to ensure that campaigns are relevant and adapted to market needs;
- Identify new advertising platforms or special targeting opportunities for the crypto industry;
- Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets based on campaign priorities and objectives;
- Ensure an optimized management of the return on advertising investment (ROI) by adjusting expenses according to the results obtained.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 2 to 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry;
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other campaign tracking platforms;
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly in the cryptocurrency or finance sector;
- Knowledge of advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms;
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency market trends and Bitcoin in particular;
- Knowledge of regulations and restrictions on advertising for cryptocurrencies on different platforms;
- Excellent communication, project management and problem solving skills;
- Advanced skills in data analysis and ad campaign performance optimization;
- Autonomy and teamwork;
- Bilingualism (70% of communication in English with customers predominantly English (outside Canada).
