Our client, a key player in the insurance services industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support its growth in the Ottawa region.

Full-time – Permanent – Remote with frequent travel (50%)

Responsibilities
  • Market and sell company services to insurance adjusters;
  • Build and manage a network of clients to maintain a steady sales pipeline;
  • Maintain client relationships and attend industry events (golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.);
  • Present company services through meetings, seminars, and training sessions;
  • Coordinate claim information with the operations team;
  • Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams on case progress;
  • Work with local accommodation vendors to expand service offerings;
  • Prepare activity and performance reports (territory analysis, work plans, etc.);
  • Influence service development based on market trends;
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and propose solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in territory management;
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration (asset);
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Solid experience in customer acquisition and retention;
  • Negotiation and sales closing skills;
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, an asset);
  • Leadership and relationship management skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems;
  • Customer service orientation and strategic thinking.
