Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire customer experience throughout the store;
- Supervise, mentor and train sales associates in a professional and collaborative approach;
- Share excellent product knowledge to customers and team;
- Establish and exceed sales goals;
- Merchandise and present products in an appealing manner to promote sales;
- Support recruitment for all in store positions.
