Full time. 3 to 6 months contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of roles,
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions that reflect the brand's culture and values.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
- Manage the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Represent the brand at industry events, career fairs, and networking events to promote our employer brand.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices within the hair and beauty industry.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in the hiring process to build a team that reflects the diverse clientele we serve.
Profile:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the hair, beauty, or fashion industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of the hair and beauty industry and its unique talent needs is a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt recruitment strategies as needed.
- Passion for beauty, and fashion, with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
