Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets

Commissions

Base salary, competitve commission structure paid on a monthly basis every last thursday of the month.
Contests offered to amplify sales for a BONUS payment.
