Position Details START DATE: Monday, June 2, 2025 END DATE: Thursday, July 31, 2025 HOURLY RATE: $17.20 HOURS/LOCATIONS: Please note varying hours of work and assignment allocations belowThere is a ½ hour of unpaid lunch time included in the hours noted belowJune 2 -June 30 at the Thomas Merton Centre, Oakville from 8:30am to 3:30pm=6.5 hours per dayJuly 2- July 31, location is TBD (Oakville, Milton, Burlington) from 8:15am to 2:15pm=5.5 hours per dayJOB SUMMARY :Assist Summer School Principal, Vice Principal, and/or Program Manager with compiling student registrations, data entry of registration information into PowerSchool, update information (adds/drops throughout the session), and assisting with any other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: Preference will be given to Students pursuing a Post-Secondary education Prior Office/Administrative experience is preferredMust be willing to commit to the position for the duration of assignmentExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/strong computer skillsMust be willing and able to travel to changing locations (i.e. Thomas Merton Centre, Oakville/Milton to assigned School and return to Thomas Merton Centre)HOW TO APPLY:Applicants must submit a resume and covering letter.
