Manager, Biomedical Technology

The Manager of HHS Biomedical Technology will lead the daily operational medical device and equipment maintenance programs and teams. The Manager will have a close connection to the organization’s capital planning process and will be responsible to ensure appropriate planning and procurement of medical device and equipment fleets. He/she will pay close attention to the lifecycle of medical devices, their management, and their maintenance. This includes opportunities for maintenance efficiencies, device integration, and replacement planning.

-Experience leading large enterprise-wide device life-cycle management programs from procurement, contract negotiation and management, deployment, scheduled maintenance, and demand repair
-Experience with asset management database software solutions
-Experience in managing large capital device and/or equipment replacement projects from procurement to deployment and sustainability
-Minimum five (5) years’ leadership experience
-Minimum five (5) years' previously related demonstrated experience and understanding in a medical equipment and device support capacity
-Previous leadership in Biomedical engineering department preferred
-Master’s Degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering required
