Job Description: 

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will:

• Support Board meetings including meeting logistics, agendas and minutes
• Provide daily management of the leadership team’s calendar and travel arrangements
• Establish and maintaining administrative policies, procedures, and processes including filing, tracking and bring-forward systems
• Prepare prior approvals for purchases, coding invoices for payment, compiling documentation for credit card reconciliations
• Provide administrative support to leadership and employees including preparing and reviewing correspondence and other documents
• Ensure quality standards including compiling, formatting, editing, proofreading, and distributing of a variety of documents
• Book travel
• Support logistical arrangements for recruitment events
• Support inquiries from clients including record keeping and providing information publicly available about employment opportunities, communities, programs, and licensure

Education

• Post-secondary diploma in administration or related field

• Demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
