Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the incumbent is responsible for the screening and coordination of initial service requests for all programs within Mental Health and Addictions Services in the former health region. The Intake Facilitator provides screening, triage, assessments for urgency/risk, and coordinates case assignments. The position facilitates crisis response and short-term support for services to clients presenting with a variety of mental health and addictions issues. The Intake Facilitator provides consultation to Community Agencies and Programs regarding services available in Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Experience
- Experience working with mental health and addictions clients
Education
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Bachelor of Addictions Counseling is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Bachelor of Social Sciences is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
