Job Description: The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters. The HR Business Partnership Model works in conjunction with Communities of Expertise (CoE's), including specialized HR services, Finance, Quality, Safety and Strategy, and other supportive services. The HRBP acts as a main point of contact for operational leaders within the assigned service area and provides strategic advice to these leaders in achieving their business goals. The HRBP leads and supports the employee experience and HR processes such as employment, performance, labor relations, employee wellness and accommodation, etc., as well as organizational results and provincial SHA consistency by ensuring HRBP’s are key partners with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
