Job Description:

Responds to calls for service as per dispatch instructions, providing assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons. Provides pre-hospital and community care to area residents consistent with the standards of care, policies and legislation regarding medical services.

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Intermediate Care Paramedic Certificate (ICP)
• Emergency Medical Technician-Advanced/Intermediate Care Paramedic (EMT-A/PCP)
• Valid Class 4 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
