Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician Coordinator $32.302 to $39.497

Job Description:

The EMS Coordinator is accountable for the day to day co-ordination, planning, general logistics, operations and delivery of Emergency Medical Services in their community with strict adherence to the Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations, and Saskatchewan Health Authority policies, procedures and protocols.

Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience as a practicing Primary Care Paramedic. 

Education

• Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP)

Licenses

• Valid Class 4 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• CPR/AED Provider Certification
• Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) Certificate is acceptable
• Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)

• Macklin is located approximately 112 km south of Lloydminster
• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
