Job Description: The Employment Services Coordinator is responsible to carry out generalist Human Resource functions using a team approach. The incumbent assists managers and supervisors with recruitment, retention and internal staffing processes including but not limited to posting, advertising, processing new hires, transfers, resignations and orientation. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- Two (2) or more years of Human Resources experience including administering collective agreements. Proven ability to lead change initiatives. Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
Education
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Post-Secondary education. Preference may be given to an undergraduate and graduate prepared candidate
- Human Resources training considered an asset
