Job Description: The Human Resource Information System Specialist, reporting to the manager of HR Systems and Data Analytics, is accountable for the configuration, maintenance and  implementation of an Oracle, Kronos and ServiceNow human resource information system. This position will be responsible for expanding and improving the current programming to create a robust human resource reporting system that meets the current and future requirements of the organization.  Responsibility and accountability will focus on reporting and analytics but may also include inquiry and service request support, release management, knowledge management, assistance with training and change management, business continuity planning, disaster recovery plans, master data management and reporting.

Licenses: 

  • Valid class 5 driver’s license
