Job Description: The Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Coordinator is a member of the Clinical Integration Team who works closely with frontline staff and management to liaise, consult, educate and support the Resident Assessment Instrument/Minimum Data Set (RAI/MDS) assessments and the supporting platforms. This includes planning, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the programming related to RAI/MDS as well as clinical support in utilizing client/resident outcomes to facilitate client/resident directed care.

Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of current experience in long term care or home care including demonstrated experience in
- MDS systems and interpreting MDS outcomes
- Staff development and training
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable

- This position is part of the Integrated Rural Health Clinical Integration team. This position's home base can be located in one of three locations, depending on the location of the successful applicant. These three locations are Weyburn, Arcola, Grenfell. This position will provide service for Network Areas SE 6, 8, 9, as such regular travel will be required to provide support to homes(facilities)/staff. Employees will perform the work of more that one (1) former regional health authority from their home location.
