Job Description:

Mentoring and leading quality improvement and risk management. This encompasses planning, designing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating identified projects and initiatives.

Experience

• 3-5 yrs recent community development, evidence based decision making/evaluation 
• 3-5 years recent exp. in project management, quality improvement, facilitation 

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Competencies

Other Information

• Canadian Falls Prevention Curriculum must be completed within 6 months of start date
