Job Description:

The Nurse B (Utilization Coordinator) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the coordination of bed management and utilization reviews that will enhance patient access to the right service in the right place at the right time. Patient safety and quality care are our priorities.

Experience

• 1 year of education or leadership experience, or equivalent combination
• 3-5 years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• Completion of post grad course work or certification applicable to service area
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
• Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale Certificate (CTAS)

Other Information

• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
