Job Description: As part of the ODEW portfolio, Organizational Development Specialists provide specialized support to the ODEW team to achieve portfolio goals and objectives. In partnership with senior leaders, the OD Specialist provides expertise, leadership, oversight and support in the following areas: - Building & strengthening organizational and leadership capability through alignment of strategy, structure, management processes, people, rewards and metrics - Supporting organizational culture through the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives/programs - Ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives & programs - Providing expert knowledge and strategic advice on: Organizational development & design; Complex Systems; Organizational & individual behavioral science; LEADS-based individual and collective leadership; Coaching philosophy & practices; Learning philosophy & practices; Effective teams & Conflict Engagement - Supporting large scale change initiatives in regard to organizational redesign, and empowering people to effectively manage and lead large scale change

Experience
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Specialization in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
