Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
- Certificate of completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or equivalent experience.
- Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP) is an asset.
- Collaborative Prescribing Certification required.
Experience
- Specialized directly related experience is an asset.
- Requires strong computer skills in order to work within all computer systems accessed for client care by the PHC Team.
Licenses
- Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Entry level PharmD is acceptable

Other Information
- This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites, including rural, within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 1056 Albert Street.
- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
