Job Description: The Pharmacist- PharmD- Degree is accountable for performing those duties that enable pharmacy services to be provided to the staff and patients of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. This position reports to the Manager of Outpatient Pharmacy Practice. This position will be responsible for pharmacy service provision within SHA Prince Albert Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions Services.

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)Entry-level Degree

Licenses

• Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
