Position: IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST CAN
Purpose: The Analytics Implementation Analyst will support the digital data capture roadmap for the continued rollout and integration of marketing tools across the business, primarily from the Adobe product suite (Adobe Analytics, Target). This role is responsible for defining the guidelines for digital data capture across the business and ensuring that key customer engagements are measured and recorded to our digital data warehouse.
Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with Business and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet data capture requirements
  • Define and design Data Layer objects and workflows and align them with the customer experience checkpoints
  • Support ecommerce and UX analytics, IT, QA, and product teams, answering questions and providing direction on THD’s analytics infrastructure and acting as the bridge between business and technical teams
  • Execute tag management within tag management systems (TMS) to capture key interactions between the customer and our digital platforms and ensure that this information is available for business consumption
  • Support implementation within A/B testing tools like Adobe Target for configuring A/B testing, UX tools, and Site Personalization, including execution of strategies to enhance customer recognition
  • Support implementation of third-party marketing tags via Adobe Launch Tag Management System (TMS)


Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree computer science, mathematics, website development or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
  • Solid understanding of online marketing and web analytics
  • 1-2 yrs. of digital analytics implementation and data capture experience; preferably with Adobe Marketing Suite and/or Google Marketing Suite
  • Minimum 1 year of experience implementing and using the Adobe Cloud Platform - particularly Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch/Dynamic Tag Manager and/or Google Marketing Platform - particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Intermediate/advanced JavaScript and html capabilities; experience with coding with Adobe plugins and/or Google Tag Manager custom templates preferred
  • Understands Digital Marketing KPIs, primarily Customer Experience Measures
  • Understands how to gather business requirements and customize solutions to meet requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter
