Duties and responsibilities
  • Replaces the Housekeeper when she is on leave and ensures optimal manpower management and cost control.
  • Distributes the workload to each of the room attendants on a daily basis.
  • Ensures impeccable presentation of units at all times.
  • Inspects units after cleaning. Review with the room attendants any problems that may have occurred.
  • Checks and inspects bedding and bathroom towels.
  • Assists the Housekeeper in training the department employees in cleaning techniques and products.
