Horizon School Division is committed to engaging and empowering all learners and prioritizes strong instruction, response to intervention, and wellness.

Sunnysite Colony School has approximately 35 students with a staff of 5. Sunnysite Colony School is located west of Warner (from Warner, 13 km west on Twp Rd 42, 1.5 km north on Range Rd 184).

Hours of work Monday - Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 3:25 p.m. & Fridays 8:40 a.m. - 11:40 a.m.

Ideally, candidates will:

be prepared to always demonstrate respect for Hutterite culture, traditions and beliefs

have a positive attitude about children, learning and schools

have a critical role in instruction, under the supervision of the teacher

be able to work well independently and with the teacher

be able to learn from, and work with, a team of service providers

this assignment includes mainly one-on-one support, with some support for the whole class

support English Language Learners in language acquisition
