Horizon School Division is committed to engaging and empowering all learners and prioritizes strong instruction, response to intervention, and wellness.

Lomond Community School operates on a four-day week schedule. We offer an exciting learning environment for students in kindergarten through to grade 12. Our team is collaborative and no matter the position, students are priority; an understanding of the Low German culture is an advantage.

Hours of work Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. - 3:42 p.m. plus additional hours as needed.

Assignment includes but is not limited to supporting students with research skills and digital citizenship, organizing book fairs, and maintaining inventory of all school resources.

This position is also responsible for promoting and facilitating the use of quality learning resources. We are looking for candidates that love to read and organize. In addition to this, the Learning Commons Support will provide a welcoming space for all kinds of learning.
