Description
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their city and want to provide a memorable and personalized experience to each of our guests. From the moment our guests step into the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, our artisans take the stage and are responsible for the overall guest experience.
Our Montreal artisans will work together with the front desk team to deliver impeccable service to our guests, reflecting our DNA: evolved, captivating, and connected. At the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, we are seeking individuals who have a deep understanding of human interactions and will deliver an experience in line with our wellness concept to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests upon their arrival and handle their departure efficiently and professionally.
- Properly assign rooms (rates, special requests, etc.).
- Make, modify, or cancel reservations and note special requests.
- Take a proactive approach in handling customer concerns/difficulties.
- Provide personalized suggestions about various attractions and experiences available in Montreal.
- Provide service that exceeds our customers' expectations and instill this quality of service throughout the team.
- Ensure smooth service coordination with various hotel departments.
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
- Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
- (3) years of experience in high-end customer service.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Availability during the day, evening, night, and weekends.
- Experience with Marriott chain hotels, an asset.
