What to Expect:
Step into a dynamic, fast-paced role at Hudson’s Bay’s expansive 5,000 sq. ft. Stripes Studio facility. With four state-of-the-art studios, you'll be at the heart of producing diverse content, including brand campaigns, monthly shoots, and e-commerce photography. As a Junior Producer, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless execution of creative visions. Expect a high-energy environment where collaboration and innovation drive results and no two days are ever the same.
What You Will Do:
Join Hudson’s Bay’s production team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Integrated Production
Make creative ideas come to life with our internal studio and creative team, and external vendors as required
Oversee beginning-to-end execution; from creative team briefing to final file delivery, for primarily paid digital content, with some OOH and broadcast
Develop and manage budgets
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop schedules and deliverables for multiple projects, often simultaneously
Maintain industry relationships and build on your network to fulfill creative production requirements
Collaborate with the creative team, and curate the best production partners for each job including director, photographer, and post partners based on creative, schedule, budget, and deliverables
Oversee casting (union & non-union), location scouting (interior & exterior), hiring crew and styling teams as production requires
Work out of Hudson’s Bay’s Stripes Studio and assist the studio team with all elements of pre-production
What you will bring to the team:
3-5 years of previous experience in production or marketing, with prior client-facing experience
Highly competent with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Extremely detail-oriented with a passion for organizing complex projects
Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with a team
Current on industry trends and tech advances
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to work within various dynamics
Ability to respond enthusiastically and act thoroughly with a sense of urgency to multiple tasks and deadlines
Big picture focused with the ability to foresee potential challenges and create solutions
Strong mental resilience to manage the stress and fast-paced changes that occur in productions
