What to Expect:

As a Visual Presentation Manager, you will utilize your expertise in visual merchandising to create engaging and effective displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will lead a team, develop strategies, and work cross-functionally to align our visual presentation with marketing and promotional goals.

Strategic Leadership and Execution - You oversee and implement all placement, standards of execution, and guideline directives with a strong hand in overall flow, merchandising, and store layout through displays, fixtures, signing, marketing, lighting, wall presentations, and assets.

Creativity and Innovation - You develop and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies that excite and inspire customers all while optimizing product presentation. You stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep displays fresh and relevant

Collaboration - You work closely with the selling team to ensure visual strategies align with business objectives and promotional activities.

Performance & Purpose Driven - You monitor and analyze sales performance to inform and adjust visual merchandising tactics. You oversee the setup and execution of seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring timely and consistent rollout across all locations.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years in visual merchandising or similar roles

  • Proven retail management experience

  • Experience with Return to Vendor; Transfers; Markdowns; Mark ups; Productivity in regard to receiving of merchandise and placement

  • If required, ability to lift/move up to 50lbs, including: reaching, crouching and climbing ladders.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

  • Comfortability working with various technologies pertaining to an omni-channel environment.
