We are currently seeking a Registered Practical Nurse  to work on our 14 East Unit. Humber River Health's 14 East is divided into two different focuses on acute stroke and medicine patients.

• RPN duties as assigned on 14 East.
• Care planning and coordination of care with various team members.
• Utilization of computerized systems for patient care documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized Registered Practical Nursing two year diploma program.
• Current RPN registration (in good standing) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current BCLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year acute medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• Advance Physical Assessment skills are required.
• Meditech experience is an asset.
• Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.
