ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Casualty Adjuster, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional claims service by efficiently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling wide range of claims in accordance with established best practices.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and setting clear expectations.
• Proactively resolve claims efficiently through critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Thoroughly investigate and document claims, conducting coverage reviews.
• Maintain quality standards by documenting communications and reviewing information.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years experience in Casualty Claims Adjusting
• Strong knowledge in Alberta Auto regulations
• Must have valid adjuster license or CIP designation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset

COMPENSATION

• $60,000 - $80,000 base salary depending on relevant experience, negotiable
