Responsibilities

• Manage a large commercial book of business under the guidance of 2 producers
• Present quotes and renewals to clients, secure orders, and bind coverage with underwriters
• Identify coverage gaps and offer tailored recommendations to clients
• Respond to client inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with Account Executives to place new business opportunities
• Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, claims support, cover notes, and more

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience in commercial line
• Works well in the fast-paced environment
• Level 2 license in BC
• Proficient with EPIC
