ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a boutique brokerage based in Alberta with offices in Edmonton and Calgary, known for their flexible and supportive culture. They have strong clientele in transportation, construction, logistics, and property, looking to hire an additional Commercial Producer as their business grows.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Insurance Account Executive (Producer) will report into Commercial Lines Manager, maintain and build a book of business.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Sell commercial insurance products
• Create new business and follow up on leads
• Identify and sell additional coverages to existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service to customers

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 1 license
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience in commercial insurance sales
• Strong sense of compliance, ability to meet business guidelines
• Owns a book of business in commercial is an asset

COMPENSATION

• Work from home or hybrid option
• Salary negotiable + commission
• Commission on new business and renewals
• Health and dental plan
