They are renowned for their personalized approach, leveraging a vast network of resources and expertise to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service. They are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to service a book of business.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Account Manager will work on various accounts in different sizes and industry sectors, such as manufacturing, transportation, realty, and more. You will be responsible for servicing existing clients and collaborating with administration, underwriters, management, working alongside a producer.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Address client needs and handle documentation such as certificates, renewals, endorsements, invoices, and more.
  • Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurers to best meet client needs in collaboration with the producer.
  • Update client information as changes arise.
  • Respond to account-related inquiries and requests from clients, lawyers, and banks.
  • Provide policy and coverage details to clients as requested.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 1 Alberta insurance license
  • You have minimum 1 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerage
  • You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
  • Experience in EPIC
  • CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary between $55,000 - $65,000 depending on relevant experience
