ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a community-based insurance brokerage located in Saskatoon, dedicated to offering creative and tailor-made insurance solutions for customers. They are in search of a Commercial Insurance Broker to become a part of their expanding team, contributing to safeguarding the assets of local community.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This Commercial Insurance Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assessing and evaluating risks, determining coverage levels, and negotiating with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
• Complete policy reviews and renewals

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 general license or in progress
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in brokerage, Commercial Lines sales and service
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in BMS software

COMPENSATION

• Flexible base salary depending on relevant experience + commission on new business + annual performance bonus
