ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for diverse portfolio of real estate projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of real estate marketing, brand management, and team leadership. This is a fully in office role.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate development
• Knowledge and experience in search engine optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in advertising campaigns.
• Copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION

• Annual salary $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
• 5-20% Bonus
• 3 Weeks Vacation
• Extensive health package
