As a Customer Service Clerk, the main duties will be:

• Answer phone calls;
• Take orders (no solicitation required);
• Provide information on products and services offered;
• Follow up on orders sent and orders to be received by tracking packages;
• Greeting with professionalism the people who show up.

The rare gem will be the person whose skills are the following:

• Ability to communicate with people;
• Ability to communicate in French and English, Both orally and in writing (pancanadian);
• Good command of the Office Suite (especially Excel);
• Good work ethic and attention to detail.
