Job description

This role plays a crucial part in driving financial success through strategic analysis and decision-making. Here are the key responsibilities that define this position.

You will be responsible for :

• Develop and optimize financial forecasting models to support strategic planning, ensuring accurate projections for revenue, expenses, and profitability ;
• Analyze financial performance and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to business leaders ;
• Monitor and enhance cost management strategies, collaborating with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources ;
• Prepare and present financial reports, transforming complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills and requirement

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting, with a strong foundation in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting ;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with expertise in business performance evaluation ;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.
