Responsabilities
- Filter and classify information requests received
- Create and maintain the opportunity files in the CRM
- Carefully follow RFQ requests and forward them to the sales team
- Closely follow news sites related to the field of public transit
- Conduct research for grant applications or programs
- Follow up on "leads" in the preliminary stages of information requests
- Filter and plan responses to calls for tenders
- Prepare documents for responses to RFPs according to sales and management guidelines
- Ensures telephone connections and provides the necessary information to customers.
- Assistance in the preparation and planning of trade fairs and other commercial events
- Participate in the drafting, translation and correction of various documents for the company
- Help with project management in our task management software
- Collaborate with the different departments in the context of customer projects
Requirements
- Hold an ACS Office Automation, administrative assistant or related training
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in administration or as an administrative assistant (an asset)
- Experience in the field of customer support (an asset)
- Advanced bilingualism (French and English, other languages an asset)
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience in a related technical field (sale of electronic products, software, ...) (an asset)
- Experience with a CRM (an asset)
